    Yes, all estimates we produce are free.

  • How much of a down payment is required by CW’s Quality Roofing before work begins?

    We don’t require a down payment before we start work. Payment is due when the job is completed.

  • Does CW’s Quality Roofing obtain any required permits?

    Yes, we take care of all the required permits. This is included in the estimate we give you

  • Does CW’s Quality Roofing use subcontractors?

    No, we never use subcontractors on the projects we undertake. All personnel on your project are our employees.

  • How soon can CW’s Quality Roofing get my project done?

    Once the paperwork is completed and we have the permit in hand, we can schedule your job. Typically, we can get to your job site within 2 weeks.

  • What paperwork is required to engage the services of CW’s Quality Roofing?

    To get started, you must accept our estimate by signature or email authorization. In addition, a notice of commencement must be signed, notarized, and recorded at the clerk of court office to obtain a permit.

  • How long does it take CW’s Quality Roofing to complete a project?

    We can complete most re-roofing projects in just 3 or 4 days.

  • How do I choose the shingle color that CW’s Quality Roofing will use on my project?

    We can show you sample color boards in the office. You may also visit online sites of shingle manufacturers or pay a visit to the office of our material supplier.

  • What happens if CW’s Quality Roofing needs to replace the wood in my roof?

    We include 3 sheets of plywood in your estimate. The additional wood is included as materials and labor.

  • What can CW’s Quality Roofing do if my insurance company or bank needs copies of the paperwork?

    We’re pleased to provide any information to your insurance company, bank, or closing company to expedite payment.
